30-day returns. 1-year warranty on all LED devices. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Our Promise
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. All LED devices also come with a comprehensive 1-year warranty for complete peace of mind.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- ✓ Item must be unused and in its original condition
- ✓ Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included
- ✓ You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- ✓ Return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
Return Shipping
We cover all return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Simply contact us and we will arrange a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
If you simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your protection.
How to Return an Item
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees stock availability.
1-Year Warranty on LED Devices
All Phovea LED devices are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- ✓ Manufacturing defects
- ✓ Faulty LED lights or components
- ✓ Electrical or charging malfunctions
- ✓ Controller defects
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. We will either repair or replace the device at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- ✗ Opened skincare products (serums, creams, gels)
- ✗ Gift cards
- ✗ Items marked as final sale
